Gary has served the services and technology industries through many large-scale disruptions in innovation over multiple years with several major enterprise companies like Computer Science Corporation (DXC) and Hewlett Packard and PE/VC-backed technology start-ups producing with extraordinary results and a high integrity reputation from top senior executives.


He has a proven track-record in working with teams across all levels of the organization, with an exceptional ability to develop, optimize and integrate the next generation into the new business landscape. Gary has a Master of Science Degree in Computer Information Management from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Lawrence Institute Technology University in Southfield, Michigan. He has studied extensively in the fields of mergers and acquisitions and global management at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. Gary is an advisor for several private firms and he is on the board of directors for Jitasa. He is very active in helping his local communities and leads a broad range of initiatives in developing and mentoring younger generations.

  • Gary is Co-founder and CEO of Varius Solutions Inc. a professional services and digital product company positioned to take advantage of a major market evolution: adoption of new collaboration models with decentralized ledger technology, and the move from direct to experiential marketing to enterprise customers.

  • At Jitasa Gary is a long-term Board member who operated as President and CEO. He led the turnaround of a business unit responsible for back-office financials, HR, payroll software, and consulting, servicing non-profits and K12 industries. He transformed the company into an agile development firm and grew the go-to-market sales capabilities.

  • At Computer Science Corporation Gary was President and General Manager of Global Infrastructure Service. He provided strategy, implementation and operational plans for clients to transform their technology investments to maximize business outcomes. The portfolio included the industry-first as-a-service offerings focused on workplace, platform (mainframe, servers, storage, cyber and cloud), enterprise service management, and data-center/networking.

  • At Hewlett Packard Enterprise Gary served as Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for Global Technology Services supporting the entire portfolio of HP hardware. Gary led global transformations in the areas of customer engagement and satisfaction, turn-around of consulting practices, resulting in increased profitability of all business units.
